All content—quizzes, illustrations, videos,Education materials, source code, brand assets, UI designs—belongs to Gyaan Xplore Research and Education Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action under Indian IP law.

If you upload or submit content (e.g., notes, reviews, answers), you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate it on our platform.

All subscriptions are prepaid and billed via secure gateways. GyaanVerse maintains a strict no-refund policy. Please review plan features carefully before purchasing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GyaanVerse and its stakeholders from any legal claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from your misuse, content submissions, or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
